SHIPPING AND RETURNS
All sales in the following categories are considered final: Floral, Kitchen, Lighting, Vases, Rugs, Pillows, Accessories, and Furniture. For inquiries about our return policy, please contact

All Sale items are final sale and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
We do not accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear. If your order arrives
damaged, please contact shoppe@rathelldesigns.com within 24 hours of delivery to file a claim.
If a non-returnable or final sale item is approved for return, a refund will be issued, minus a 15%
restocking fee, in the form of store credit. Returned merchandise must be in its original, unused (and unwashed) condition, accompanied by the original Rathell Designs/Rathell Home Order Confirmation or Packing Slip. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Unsolicited online returns will not be accepted.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, and returns must be received within 30 days of the initial delivery.
Products are not eligible for return due to delays in order processing, shipping, or delivery. Estimated shipping dates and any changes to those dates made after an order is placed are agreed upon at the time of purchase. We recommend confirming estimated restocking and shipping timelines before purchase by emailing us at shoppe@rathelldesigns.com.
Rathell Designs/Rathell Home has a no-cancellation policy for back-ordered and pre-ordered items outside our 24-hour cancellation window from the time of purchase. Our team strives to maintain accurate stock and estimated shipping timeframes on our site. Once an order is placed, it is sent to the manufacturer, and cancellations cannot be processed once the manufacturer confirms the order. Changes to estimated shipping time frames due to production delays may occur and are subject to change. Please note that Rathell Designs/Rathell Home and our manufacturers may experience COVID-related delays in production and shipping.

For in-stock items, after you place an order through our site, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center and cannot be modified. We hope that this expedited turnaround works to your advantage, but we do understand that it can make it difficult to cancel or modify your order.
Standard lead times are 7 to 10 days unless otherwise specified on the product detail page. Rathell Designs/Rathell Home Shoppe orders include shipping fees that will be added to your order total.
In-stock items will be shipped via USPS or UPS, with a few exceptions.
Please note that the restocked dates are estimates and subject to change. We will be sure to notify you if there is an extended restock date. You will be charged upon check-out for all items.
Our third-party carrier estimates a 21 business-day transit time from the time of pickup.
Production and shipping lead times vary by product. Please visit individual product description pages for estimated lead times.
Drop-ship items are shipped directly from our vendors and may include Rugs, Furniture, Art, and
Lighting. All drop ship items are final sale and non-returnable unless defective.
If your order includes both in-stock and drop-ship items, please expect multiple shipments. Note that drop-shipping items have longer production and shipping lead times.
Rathell Designs/Rathell Home Shoppe furniture is shipped through a third-party freight carrier.
When your furniture is ready for delivery, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery date.
Furniture is brought into the room of your choice so please ensure that this area is clear. We make every effort to offer white glove delivery; however, it is not a guarantee. If you do not have white glove service, the freight carrier is not responsible for assembly or trash removal.
Items can only be delivered to the original checkout address. To ensure a smooth delivery, provide an active phone number and email address during checkout. Rathell Designs/Rathell Home does not hold items beyond 7 business days if a delivery has not been scheduled. After this period, items may be returned by the carrier, and refunds will be issued as store credit, less return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee.

Rathell Designs/Rathell Home is not responsible for lost or stolen international orders.
Rathell Designs/Rathell Home Shoppe does not cover instances of theft. Once the tracking indicates delivery, we assume it to be true.
Unfortunately, in cases of theft, we cannot provide coverage or replacement items. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping on orders.
In the event your order arrives damaged, please reach out to shoppe@rathelldesigns.com to file a claim within 24 hours of delivery with the following:
A photo of the damaged merchandise in its original packaging
A photo of the shipping label
Claims will be responded to within 3-5 business days. Most products shipped are eligible to be replaced. Rathell Designs/Rathell Home cannot guarantee replacements for damaged merchandise reported after 24 hours of receipt.
For furniture damages found during the time of a White Glove Delivery service, Rathell Designs/Rathell Home advises the receiver to take the following steps:
Note damage on our third-party carrier’s proof-of-delivery paperwork prior to signing.
Take clear photos of the damage and email shoppe@rathelldesigns.com within 24 hours of attempted delivery.
It is the receiver’s responsibility to ensure the furniture is in perfect condition before signing the
paperwork and allowing the driver to leave.
Rathell Designs/Rathell Home cannot guarantee repairs, returns, exchanges, or refunds on furniture that is accepted and signed for or is reported after 24 hours.
Additionally, it is the customer’s responsibility
to pay any shipping or restocking fees that may incur. Occasional exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis. Rathell Designs/Rathell Home reserves the right to repair as they see fit. Rathell Designs/Rathell Home does not cover furniture damages caused by normal wear and tear.
